Workshops
Camel Estuary Counselling Workshops aim to deliver snapshots of creative medium used in therapy.
Camel Estuary Counselling is now in partnership with its own sister company YOUR TRUE NATURE on Face Book.
I am currently running Water Confidence workshops for anyone who faces challenges water, wether it be in on or it in anyway. These are land based workshops to look at fears and how to overcome them. I also offer one to one in the water for ongoing therapeutic support beyond the workshop.
Creative tools have included flow writing, affirmations, questions cards, picture images, guided visualisation, meditation, mindful practices, breath work and artistry. These groups offer an experience of shared insight, this is not group therapy but is therapeutically beneficial. Workshops are run as independent events by Camel Estuary Counselling and have also worked in collaboration with other remedial businesses. (Mary Lunnen, Dare to blossom life coaching) (Sophie Mydlards, Recharge Therapy, Yoga and BodyTalk)
The core focus of these gatherings is to come together to explore conditions that we find hold us back, the processes that block our progression and growth of deeper connection to ourselves, relationships and the world around us. Creative tools are used to discover what we value as individuals, how we can overcome obstacles and manifest more of the life we want. My view is to develop connection to self, to others and to a purpose, through aligning our lives to our values, and hope for us to find meaningful ways of living happy and fulfilled lives.
